Kriek is an experienced, driven and pragmatic IP and media lawyer and former partner at one of the largest law firms in the Netherlands. As a litigator and adviser, alongside trade mark and traditional IP law, her focus lies on (online) media, retail, sports and the creative/innovative sector. She has extensive experience in the field of the protection of design, content and concepts. She frequently advises and litigates on commercial communication and (imminent) media attention. Kriek enjoys good food, theatre, music, golf and skiing.
